Denver Airport to Beaver Creek Shuttle Services
The most frequently used shuttle service is the Colorado Mountain Express, but be aware that CME transports to Vail and Beaver Creek via the same shuttle and because Vail is closer to Denver, all Vail passengers will be dropped off first. And so, if you book a shared transfer, the van may make numerous stops in Vail before continuing on to Beaver Creek, adding significantly to your transfer time (an extra hour-and-a-half in one instance). This can be quite irritating to some and is also problematic for any return trips to the Denver airport, where Beaver Creek passengers are picked up first before the van picks up in Vail. A private transfer (see above) will be much quicker.
Getting Around Beaver Creek
Getting around the resort’s three villages is easy, with most of the lodging properties located within walking distance of the lifts and village. There is a complimentary shuttle service anywhere in the village, transporting guests to any location within the resort from 6:00 am to 2:00 am daily. Guests can call or make arrangements through their concierge and the shuttle promptly arrives and transports guests. There are also shuttle loops that operate throughout the day to various properties and sites within the village. Contact the concierge at your hotel, or the Beaver Creek staff at the village areas to determine the proper shuttle to take.
Getting to Vail
Some Beaver Creek skiers enjoy taking a day trip to nearby Vail. Vail’s ski area is easily accessible via the Avon Beaver Creek Transit bus, which operates every half-hour throughout the day from 6:00 am until 2.00 am daily to Beaver Creek.
