Learn to Ski in Sun Valley

The Sun Valley Ski and Snowboarding School has some 240 experienced instructors.

The minimum age for young children’s classes is 4-years. Adult ski lessons are available for one-day (two-hour) and five consecutive days (10 hours); children’s ski lessons from one-day (four hours) to five consecutive days (20 hours) including lunch. All-day private lesson and many other clinics and configurations are available. Lift tickets are not included in ski lesson prices.

Sun Valley Nordic Ski School

There is also the Sun Valley Nordic Ski School with 25 miles (40 km) of beautifully groomed tracks and five miles (8 km) of snowshoe trails.

Guided Heli-Skiing at Sun Valley

Not affiliated with the resort, Sun Valley HeliSki offers guided heliskiing tours of the Sawtooth National Forest backcountry.
