Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is located five miles northwest of downtown Salt Lake City with more than 300 flight connections daily to / from 90 non-stop destinations.
The airport is a major hub for Delta Airlines with around 70% of flights operated by Delta including non-stop direct flights from Amsterdam, London and Paris. Getting to Park City by Rail
There are no rail connections to Park City, so those preferring to travel by train should check rail routes to Salt Lake City. Driving to Park City
From Salt Lake City International Airport to Park City is an easy drive on I-80W via Salt Lake City to Kimball Junction, then head south on UT-224N to Park City (37 miles / 45 minutes).
West Coast skiers traveling from LA or San Francisco can drive to Park City in around 11-12 hours (cheaper than flying if car sharing), but most US skiers choose to fly to Salt Lake City. If planning to ski multiple Utah and Colorado in one trip, driving from Denver Colorado to Park City Utah takes around 8 hours.

A free shuttle bus system links Park City with Canyons base and Kimball Junction, running every twenty minutes during the day and at 30-minute intervals in the evening, so a car is not essential.
