Revelstoke Mountain Guides
The Revelstoke Snow School’s specialty is catering for the needs of backcountry enthusiasts. Cat-skiing and heli-ski preparation days give guests a look at what the terrain has to offer, how to ski efficiently in trees and tactics to conserve energy and get the most out of each run.
If you have your sights set on the other side of the boundary rope, the Front to Backcountry program offers an introduction into backcountry travel and equipment over one to three days.
To truly see what Revelstoke terrain has to offer, an expedition into out of bounds areas should be on the must-do list for visitors. The Revelstoke Guides Bureau (located at the Nelsen Lodge) offers educational courses on backcountry travel as well as guided single or multi-day trips.
