Les3Chalets provides fantastic ski chalet accommodation up and down the Méribel Valley in the heart of Les 3 Vallées.

At Les3Chalets, we have a very clear and simple philosophy; we aim to combine four-star chalets with five-star service and provide it to you at three-star prices.

For season 2012/ 13, we have five chalets for weekly rental. Our chalets are located throughout the valley from the centre of Méribel down the valley to Les Allues. Picking a chalet is not a case of throwing a dart at a map of the valley, we have a clear criteria set out and we hand-pick our chalets accordingly. We are not looking to provide accommodation for those happy to prance around the resort with Chanel skis over their shoulders, nor will we be supplying champagne on tap or complementary in-room beauty treatments and massage.

But, fear not, we do have minimum standards too! We seek out homes-from-home…we like big comfy sofas and crackling fireplaces, we like spacious lounges and big dining tables that everyone can sit around and we like comfy beds with plump pillows and snug duvets! We would like to think we can cater for all variety of skiers and snowboarders with chalets available by the room, chalets that are ideal for families with three, four or five bedrooms and our grand maison, Chalet l’Ancolie, which can host parties of up to sixteen guests. You can choose to self-cater or book on a B & B basis or go for one of our fully-catered options, either the everyday or luxury menus.

Company owners, Steve & Phil Purdie were brought up by a strict Scottish mother who drilled into the brothers a keen sense of politeness, punctuality and good home economics. And the lessons from this upbringing run through everything that we do. The medium through which this message is delivered is the Les3Chalets staff. We are a relatively small team, we are not a mass employer of seasonal staff and so every member of the in-resort team is carefully selected by Les Fréres Purdie.

Throughout this process, we ensure that our team has a variety of complementary skills; of course all must adhere fully to Mrs Purdie’s legacy of politeness, punctuality and good home economics, but we also insist on having, within the team; fantastic chefs, at least one fluent French speaker, an accomplished photographer/ videographer and a qualified ski instructor to advise and guide our guests.

The selected individuals will undergo a comprehensive two-week period of training before fully integrating as the Les3Chalets team. We are immensely proud of our team and we guarantee they will uphold the rigorous standards we have set out.

We look forward to welcoming you to stay at one of our chalets for a week or two or even a wee bit longer, we can’t guarantee you great snow but we will promise to make your stay in our chalets as comfortable and happy as we possibly can!
