Altitude Futures Ski & Snowboard School
Whether it is learning the basics of skiing or snowboarding, being guided off-piste or following an advanced performance course, Altitude ski and snowboard instructors will ensure you get the most out of your holiday. The ski school offers private lessons, group lessons, specialized kids classes from 3 years old, advanced performance coaching clinics and ski instructor training courses.
The Altitude team includes ski instructors from more than ten different countries. Lessons are offered in English, French, Spanish, Dutch, German, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Swedish and Chinese. Altitude is affiliated to BASI (British Association of Snowsport Instructors) and holds the Swiss Quality Label.
Altitude Futures Ski Instructor Training Courses
Altitude Futures ski and snowboard instructor training program is a 10-week course providing training and instruction to achieve the BASI Level 1 and 2 qualifications. There is a maximum of 10 people per group and each person has their own experienced and dedicated mentor. The mentor assesses each person on an individual basis and constructs a personal development program. Coaching is from Monday to Friday with the weekend generally free. Web: www.altitude-futures.com
Altitude International Summer Camps
In summer, Altitude offers residential and day camps for children aged 3 to 14 years old. These exclusive camps are hosted in beautiful Swiss chalets in Verbier. The camps include a wide range of programs, including language, mountain adventures and multi-activity day camps.
Language & Mountain Adventure Residential Camps
The camps are focused on developing a child’s potential through a varied and challenging program of activities. Children have the opportunity to develop language or mountain adventure skills during the mornings whilst enjoying a balanced program of excursions, group activities and sports in the afternoons and evenings. Day Camps from 3 years old
For the day campers, Altitude offers a varied program of sports, mountain adventures, arts and crafts. The older campers join the language or mountain adventure camp and the little campers will enjoy the camp in small groups. With a new activity to enjoy each day, this camp keeps the children entertained whilst learning new skills.
