The rooms have a traditional wooden design and all have balconies and cable tv as standard. The bathrooms are spacious and bathrobes and a hairdryer are provided for guests.

It is the spa, however, where many guests opt to spend their time, with facilities including a sauna, relaxation room and infrared cabin. Although not part of the hotel, it is only 100 metres to the Kirchberger Freizeitarena Centre, which offers a heated outdoor poor and several tennis courts.
