Its traditional lounge, bar and dining areas (two restaurants  and a Stube) are delightfully elegant and contrast  pleasingly with the slightly more contemporary finishes seen in their modernised bedrooms and bathrooms.

52 rooms and suites are most comfortably appointed and furnished, some with balcony, all ensuite with sharp bathrooms, flatscreen TVs and Wi-fi. Sumptuous bathrobes are provided along with L’Occitane bath and shower products.

Excellent dining and choice of cooking is provided in the elegant main hotel restaurant, an Italian restaurant ‘La Fenice’ and the more traditional ‘Stube’. The wine cellar is well stocked and complements the fine cuisine. There is a great breakfast buffet served in the main restaurant each morning.
