Accommodation in Arabba-Marmolada

Arabba is famous for its mid-range and budget hotels but there are a handful of very good luxury hotels too, and plenty of apartments to rent. Most of the accommodation is either slopeside or within a 5 to 15 minutes walk of the main lift stations, but there are also apartments and hotels away from the village at Passo Campolongo.

Luxury Hotels

Evaldo Hotel (4 star)

The family-run, 4-star Evaldo hotel is the smartest hotel in town and highly recommended. It consistently gets good customer reviews and ratings and it’s easy to see why. The hotel is in a quiet area on the edge of the resort so it provides a free shuttle bus service to and from the Porta Vescovo and Burz ski lifts in the morning and late afternoon, but if you choose to walk, it’s a 10 to 15 minute stroll, mostly along the riverside. The hotel has a larger than average indoor swimming pool, plus a jacuzzi, spa, wellness centre, sauna, gym and an excellent restaurant, specialising in local and Italian dishes. Sport Hotel Arabba (4 star)

The 4-star Sport Hotel Arabba is also deservedly popular. On the edge of town, it does not have an indoor pool like the Evaldo but you can ski almost to its door and it’s within 5 minutes walk of the Burz lift on the Sella Ronda green route heading towards Alta Badia. The main Arabba lift station for the Porta Vescovo slopes and the Sella Ronda orange route is only slightly further away. More information and online booking >>> 

Hotel Grifone (4 star)

About a mile from Arabba at Passo Campolongo, is the 4-star Hotel Grifone. It has comfortable rooms, wonderful views and good food but the location is not ideal for skiers or for accessing Arabba’s nightlife. There are also several good 3 star hotels outside Arabba at Passo Campolongo near the Cherz lift station and pistes including  Boè Sport and Nature,  Hotel Laguscei and Hotel Monte Cherz.

Budget Hotels, Hotel Garni and Bed & Breakfasts

Good but basic budget hotels close to the slopes and lifts include the 2-star Garni Astor, the 2-star Albergo Pensione Sport and the very well positioned Hotel B&B Monica.

Apartments

Apartments to rent in Arabba range from the luxurious to the cheap and cheerful. Two upmarket complexes are the ski-in/ski-out Residence Baita Antlia on the edge of the resort and the out of town Residence Campolongo near the pass.
