The Matthiol’s restaurant serves gourmet dishes inspired by the Mediterranean and local Valais cuisine, free tea and cakes during the day, and there’s an inviting bar for apres ski and after-dinner drinks. Spa and wellness facilities include three saunas, a hot tub, a relaxation space with an open fireplace and a state-of-the-art fitness room.

Hotel Matthiol offers ski-in and ski-out convenience from December to March, or it’s a 5-10 minute walk to the Matterhorn Express gondola station. It’s a 20-minute walk to the village or just a 2-minute walk to the nearest bus stop for the free electric bus to the village every 15 minutes from 7 am to 8 pm.
