EpicMountainExpress.com (formerly Colorado Mountain Express) provides the most efficient shuttle service for getting from Denver International Airport to Copper Mountain. Owned by Vail Resorts (parent company to Breckenridge), Epic Mountain Express also serves Vail, Keystone, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch and Breckenridge, so be aware that shuttle services can stop at multiple points in other resorts and hence shuttle bus transfers can take much longer than a private transfer. Driving to Copper Mountain
From Denver International Airport, head west on I-70 freeway to exit 195 for Colorado Highway 91 south towards Copper Mountain / Leadville then follow the Copper Road (just a couple of minutes) to the resort. Distance and drive time around 100 miles and 1 hour 45 mins.
From Eagle County airport follow the I-70 east to exit 195 then take the Copper Road to the resort. Distance and drive time around 55 miles and 55 mins.
Estimated drive times are in good weather so allow more time in snowy weather or at peak times in heavy traffic when journey times could easily be twice as long or more. Winter tyres essential and snow chains recommended when snowfall is heavy.
