The Fern Lodge, located on the shore of Friends Lake in Chestertown, New York, is an upscale bed & breakfast with beautiful lake views just 25 minutes from Gore Mountain.

The Fern Lodge is a small bed and breakfast with only 5 rooms. The hotel features a hot tub overlooking the Adirondack wildnerness and Friends Lake, a sauna, a shared lounge and a game room. Gore Mountain ski area is 25 minutes away. No shuttle is provided, so guests are advised to have their own vehicle.

Guest rooms are appointed in a modern, Adirondack decor with bright colors and plenty of Northwoods accents. Cable TV and an iPod docking station are standard in each room. Some rooms have lake views.
